Smilling often has many benefits. People who smile regularly can experience an increase in their health and state of mind. Unfortunately, many people don´t smile enough. It is a good idea to smile more often in order to feel better. Here are some reasons to smile more often.
There are psychological benefits to smilling frecuently, too.It makes you happy almost inmediately. Sometimes when we can´t smile, we find that anyone´s smile helps us feel better. Smilling can also reduce stress levels since the body reacts quickly to it. A great way to makes someone cheerful is to help them smile.
In general, peolple like to show happiness and be near those who are happy. Smilling in the presence of others shows you are a happy person, and you can transmit the feeling to them. People are naturally atracted to similling; therefore, smiling frequently can help you gett the attention you want from others.

Last summer I got the chance to spend a month helping out in a hospital in Rwanda with my parents, who work for a charity. I had one year left at school, and I was interested in studying medicine at university.
It was a month that changed my life. I was introduced to a world that is very different to mine in so many ways, and I soon discovered how difficult people´s lives can be. But I was also amazed at how positively people go about their everyday lives.
